Tank Monitor Search Tools
The tank monitor search menu allows the user to choose from a variety of search criteria to locate tank and tank monitor information. You can save these searches for repeated use and print a search results report. This is very useful in day-to-day planning of deliveries and maintaining tank monitor installations.
Benefit:
The user can select from any combination of the search criteria as a tool to better anticipate their customer's needs. These search criteria can be labeled and saved to a menu for easy edit, recall and re-use. The result is more effective use of your tank monitors to improve delivery efficiency and service levels.
Feature At Work:
The delivery driver for Intelligent Propane wants to review at the beginning of each week his commercial customers on route ABC with fuel levels between 30% - 40%. The driver creates search criteria of Delivery Zone: ABC, Tank Size: >= 1000 Gallons, Float Level: > 30% and < 40% and immediately receives the results onscreen and can optionally print the report. These search criteria can be labeled and saved for future use using "Show Saved Searches" button.
The branch manager at Intelligent Propane wants to review the actual deliveries in the last 24 hours. He creates a search that
only selects tanks where the system has received a 'Fill Alert' from the 
Tank Monitor. He saves the search and runs it as needed to confirm delivery status, check delivery quantities against posted transactions
and see if another propane company is filling their tank.
